Transformer-VAE (WIP)

A PyTorch Transformer-VAE model.

Uses an MMD loss to prevent posterior collapse.

Will setup in the next month or so.

ToDo

  • Copy in old repo code.
  • Make a bunch of sample training runs.
  • Make an interpolation widget?
