Improve model card introductory links and add project homepage

This PR improves the model card by:
- Structuring the introductory links at the top for better readability.
- Explicitly adding a link to the main project homepage (
https://internvl.github.io/), which consolidates access to the project's blog and documentation. - Retaining all existing relevant links (paper, GitHub, chat demo, documents, and other InternVL papers) in a clearer format.
The metadata remains unchanged as it is already complete and accurate.
