I am currently taking a Machine Learning course.
The coursework includes a practical project that requires evaluating and fine-tuning state-of-the-art open-source large language models.
I intend to use the Llama 3.2 1B Instruct model purely for educational purposes, running experiments locally to understand its instruction-following behavior and performance on small-scale tasks.
The model will not be used for any commercial, medical, legal, or other high-risk applications, and all usage will comply with the Meta Llama License.
My sole objective is to learn model inference, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
